Tripler Orthopaedics is excited to welcome Dr. George Thompson, Dr. Alain Dimeglio, and Dr. Scott Mubarak to Hawaii.

Dr. George Thompson is a Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery and Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University and serves as the Division Chief, Orthopaedic Surgery at UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. Dr. Thompson graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at UCLA. He continued his Orthopaedic training at the Hospital for Sick Children as a Pediatric Orthopaedic Fellow. He is a past president of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America.

Dr. Scott Mubarak is emeritus director of the Orthopedics & Scoliosis Division at Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego and a clinical professor at UC San Diego School of Medicine. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, Dr. Mubarak continued his orthopedics training at UC San Diego. He went on to complete a pediatric orthopedic fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. He is a member and former president of the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America (POSNA).

Dr. Alain Dimeglio is a Pro Maximus Meritis Member of the European Paediatric Orthopaedic Society (EPOS). He currently serves as Professor at the Medical School University of Montpellier, France and is Chairman of the Paediatric Orthopaedic Department.
